Operator and scope
This policy applies to ResinPourTally. Before publication, the owner must enter the legal operator, contact route, effective date, review date and actual service providers. This is a starting document for the real deployment and requires legal review.
Calculator measurements
The calculator processes dimensions, capacity, ratio and density settings in browser memory. The theme does not upload those inputs, use calculation cookies, write localStorage or save a persistent project history. Reloading restores the starting example. Copying is a separate user action.
Clipboard and your saved notes
When you choose Copy, a plain-text quantity note is passed to your device clipboard. Your device, clipboard manager or destination application may retain it. The tool does not automatically create an account, post a project or connect to an activity service. Store your own notes according to their intended use.
Contact information
The form collects name, email address, subject, message and consent to reply. Calculator measurements are not attached automatically. The theme sends the submitted fields by email and does not create an inbox of messages in WordPress. Mailboxes, SMTP services and hosting backups may retain the message; the operator must state the actual retention and deletion arrangements.
Spam controls and hosting logs
The form uses a nonce, a hidden honeypot and a short sending limit. The limit uses a secret-keyed hash of an IP address in temporary WordPress data, normally for one minute. Hosting may separately log IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser details. The owner must describe real log retention and security practices.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The initial theme includes no analytics or advertising service. WordPress administration and added plugins may use cookies. If the owner adds analytics, ads, embedded media or other services, this policy must identify the providers, purposes, information collected, retention, choices and any necessary consent management before those services are enabled.
Fonts and external links
Optional Google Fonts are off by default. Enabling them causes the browser to request font files from Google, which needs to be disclosed in the actual policy. Bundled illustrations are loaded locally. Linked manufacturer resources operate under their own privacy policies when you choose to visit them.
Access, sharing and requests
The operator should restrict access to contact messages, protect them appropriately and retain only what is needed for replies and legitimate record keeping. Service providers may process details for delivery or hosting. Applicable law may require retention or disclosure. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion; appropriate identity checks and legal exceptions may apply.
Policy updates and legal review
Review this policy when hosting, messaging, fonts, analytics or advertising changes. Publish an updated review date and any legally required notice.
