ResinPourTally estimates geometric or entered cavity volume, planning allowance and component quantities. The result is a quantity estimate, not a product recipe, application approval or safe single batch.
Measurements and product data
Review internal dimensions, units, displacement, identical-piece count and allowance. Use the actual resin-to-hardener ratio and its specified basis. Any required density must describe the actual component. The initial example and article densities are fictional.
Scope limits
Simple shapes approximate irregular cavities. Weight-to-volume conversion assumes additive component volumes. Software bounds do not establish product limits. No safe mixing batch size, pour-depth recommendation, shrinkage model, cure schedule or handling instruction is supplied. Follow the actual product’s technical and safety instructions.
